@daicosisgod; I haven't noticed any media reports of Netanyahu laughing about the ICC's Chief Prosecutor seeking a global arrest warrant based on evidence of war crimes / crimes against humanity by his Regime.

Indeed, Netanyahu's response has been anything but comedic as he's angrily vented his spleen against the ICC's Chief Prosecutor and the ICC itself - labelling them anti-Semitic and according to the BBC report cited earlier, even harking back to the Holocaust and the Third Reich as if his regime is some sort of model of best humanitarian practice.

Netanyahu emphatically declared that the ICC has no jurisdiction over his Regime. I perceived that outburst as dog-whistling the intention of his Regime to proceed with its slaughter, mutilation and starvation of Palestinian civilians already exceeding 100,000 people [double what Putin's Regime has done to Ukrainian civilians but in one quarter the time - that's eight times as severe and certainly NO laughing matter].
