@Bananabender1; the emphatic rejection by Netanyahu's Regime of the independently negotiated 'ceasefire' agreed to by Hamas will now feature as evidence at the ICC and the ICJ.
IMO those Hamas officials named by the Chief Prosecutor will have arrest warrants issued against them.
Nor can I see how a regime whose war against Palestinians since October 7th, 2023 has been eight times more severe than what Putin's Regime has done to civilians in Ukraine can be exempted from ICC / ICJ actions when it's already levelled actions against Putin.
