    Can someone explain to those of us less enlightened just what is Range's position in Puntland now that the contract between Range, Consort, and the Puntland government has expired - it expired on August 30th, 2009.

    This is seperate to it's contract with Africa Oil which will lapse if no drilling occurs by early 2010.
