My research on Peter Landau and Sir Sam Jonah indicates that they are specialist in their fields - ie african exploration

I also note that Sir Jonah is not a board jumper by any means and has a very grounded history. In my brief research - there is just no way that I would believe that this company would lose focus on Africa.

I have yet to research AOC though - I find it totally bewildering when JV partners get their communication to the market so uncoordinated.
BUT
In fairness, two Australian companies, MMR and BUY, are doing worse. Including financing agreements for JV project.
(The fact that the MD for the MMR subsidiary, Advent - resigned from BUY is even funnier - but this is the wrong thread)

For the flat price punters investing in this share - you should definitely make the effort. Somalia leaks like a sieve / the history of this company reads like a Bryce Courtenay novel.
