Yes, indeed! However, in my personal view, extremely HIGH risk for APCL. It looks like - at least IMHO - that both Senegal and Gambia want to deal with other partners and cut African Petroleum out of the deal(s).
As stated before, I am out of APCL but made a solid profit - luckily.
