The buyer has bought a fraction under 5% so we may not find out who it is if this is their first purchase. It can't be Talbot as he couldn't go over 20% for another 3 months or so. Could be Tata as they held 10% at last count and could go to 15% without FIRB approval. I guess we'll just have to wait for T+3 to find out.
