**large accumulation going on**

hi all..

i've been watching & in past few weeks have seen some very large accumulation happening..

now listed on the frankfurt stockexchange + the mac bank are large shareholders

keep it on the radar...

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY
Oropa Limited (ORP) is a minerals exploration company, primarily focused on the
exploration for gold and diamonds in Asia and Australia. ORP's main focus is on
the evaluation and development of the Pungkut Gold Project in Indonesia.

PUNGKUT (EARNING 75%): The Pungkut Gold Project is located in central Sumatra in
Indonesia. In May 2003, ORP entered into an agreement with Macquarie Bank
Limited, whereby Macquarie will have the right to provide up to $4m in equity
funding to Oropa, to be used for exploration and evaluation of the project. As
at December 2003, Pungkut resources were estimated at 7.1Mt @ 2.7g/t Au for
609,000oz Au.

BLOCK D-7 (18% WITH AN OPTION TO PURCHASE TO 27%): The project is prospective
for diamonds in the state of Chhattisgarh in India. Loam and stream sediment
samples yielded diamondiferous indicator minerals. Two kimberlite samples
yielded 6 macro diamonds and 91 micro diamonds. A follow up surface sampling
program at the Behradih pipe yielded a total of 497 macro and micro diamonds.
The project has experienced ongoing bureaucratic delays since early 2001.

OTHER PROJECTS: The company holds an interest the King George (50%), Mulgabbie
JV (70%, diluting to 19%), Lime Kilns (85%), Hakes Find (75%) and Mt Keith
Projects (80%) located in Western Australia.

As at December 2003, ORP was in the process of evaluating prospective gold and
diamond projects in South Africa and Indonesia.

CEPO SYSTEMS P/L (19%): CEPO is an internet Business to Business (B2B) company.
The company has developed a sophisticated, electronic purchase ordering system
to facilitate the purchase of liquor and related products via the Internet. CEPO
has an alliance with the Metcash Group and the United Inn Keepers. In the
December 2003q, ORP reached an agreement to sell its interest in CEPO.
