The fact is CKL is like money in the bank....it will produce 8-9 mill in cash this year for a company valued at less than 40 million
Only 1.5mill of this cash will go into cap ex and CKL claims they have significant spare capacity and the big cap ex spend of last few years is not to be repeated.....unless it goes on productive further growth
That means they have a crisis of too cash flow.....debt is getting paid down like nuts......they will either have to raise the divi yield, buy back stock, acquire a business cause it looks like organic growth is steady as she goes with existing capacity.....
The valuation is criminal...it's worth at least 60 cents.......at least $1.20 if acquired by Carter Hold or Amcor
I'm hoping the stock stays just like it is for if I need more this juicy yield
