    Whatever the "proposed aquisition" is going to be and if ( Tech or Mining)... It is better to be a very good quality one, that will be "Adding Value" to the longterm suffering shareholders,
    At the moment there are so many backdoor listings (mainly Tech) and if the market values them and rewards the new business and is not just look at it as another Bullsh#%# story, the share price can appreciate many many folds from here.
