You're right, any capital raise adds to the market cap by virtue of cash and the idea is that the capital raises is value accretive (otherwise of course an increasing market cap spits out the same SP). While it hasn't value accretive to the SP so far, i think underlying value to the business has been created, therefore to me i see a bigger discrepancy between underlying value of company and SP which suggests an even stronger buy signal to me. For those who are patient to let long term value plays unwind.
