Here are the changes in the Top 20 Holdings since 30 June 2023 (previously Quarterly Report) to end August (Annual Report).

Each of us can make our own conclusions and assessment. My views are:

1) T20 Buy volume out number sales by close to 2:1 = Positive. ✅✅
2) Ex CSO/ ex insider / now a consultant (Dr Tillett) buying 322k shares = extremely positive ✅✅✅✅
3) sp fell 35% in this period = net selling by smaller holders. Net negative ⛔️but can be seen as massive opportunity by some ✅✅ … refer points 1 and 2 above.
4) I believe at under $1 we are priced for peak fear / peak potential dilution (with fear of cash running out and CR) / peak sh!thouse dumpster perception from the market (as some on HC has described the recent events, which you can’t blame them)
5) Reality is Bisantrene’s massive value and science remains intact. Dr T has signaled this by his recent massive on-market buys.
6) Near term inflection points include:
- RC220 update
- Sheba update and presentation at an international conference.
- announcement of go forward Board and management team plus strategy addressing the limitations of the current strategy. Mary wrote in the Annual report that this will be within the current financial resources and will be completed swiftly. My take is that any near to medium term CR/dilution is off the table. So sp will need to adjust for this reality when it is finally announced.
