correct - plus the only reason that the shares are currently at 4 cents is that they did a 10 for 1 (that's ten for one - think about it) share consolidation a year or two ago. They are a dead set dog stock - if the shares hold up for any reasonable period watch out for a share placement at a huge discount to the prevaling price - even if that's only 5 cents or so.
