I think directors and management also bought at 11-12c. They got conv. notes and converted at 3.75c along with me. ALso, the directors have currently only loaned LUM money, they haven't bought shares at 2.3c YET - this is subject to the shareholders approving the purchase, which is definitely not a foregone conclusion. I'd say, if the Vertigo acquisition occurs, LUM at current prices is an absolute bargain - if it falls over, it's curtains and 1c or lower is not out of the question.
I reckon its worth the punt, hence the reason for me picking up another 800k'ish recently at 2.3c
