It goes to show that what the world is waiting for is some form of injectible serum that seeks and destroys the target cells. This is something we still need to do majpr work on it seems. I cant believe when this was discussed here ages ago some said they thought injecting tumors directly was a good thing? I still have no idea if they have an approach to target certain cell types. I think the original omomyc trials applied to all cells and because myc is overly expressed in cancer cells these are damaged while normal cells show minimal effect. This therapy in the news seems to work differently using the bodys own immune system cells modified to attack tumors?
