I should add i read your attachment and other articles online. They refer to cpps mostly being non specific although some have shown an affinity to certain cell types. I was interested in your opinion of the current status on this ie is it realistic to think cpp s could be developed to target certain cells?

I arrived at this conclusion with pyc because they talked about being able to detect endosomal escape with the "escape trap" technology they came up with. It appeared to me that not every cpp could penetrate every cell, and what pyc appeared to be claiming was that they could take a cell, scan it with a library of cpps, and select certain ones that were shown to enter and escape endosome. I interpreted that as meaning they might be more cell specific. I believe the point you made in earlier posts was that no one including pyc at an earlier stage could effectively document and prove endosomal escape. I think it was since then they came up with this escape trap idea, but i dont know weather this is highly regarded in the industry as yet. Are they still regarded as jokers with this?
