    While I agree it’s importent to remember that management didn’t offer this while at this level, it was offered while we were 1.3-1.4, and they can’t simply dishonour the agreement now that the market has finally recognised value. Otherwise it doesn’t leave a good impression in the business world. I’m sure if the raise was done now it would be totally different but it’s not management fault that the offer was taken up when no interest was in the SP
