Looks like C1 which nobody cares about. My bet is stage one does not have a strong return on investment which is why info is being drip fed to the market. Perhaps they eek out a small profit which means it's fully or over valued now. They are in production (not sure of ramp up) but a lot of better competitors are coming to market. Lithium as a fall back on for management is a credible idea.
