I agree, every instance you point out is correct (cant comment on the Legacy one though as I am not aware of that one). There have a been a few others.

My feedback was only that I know of them, they are not dumpers, they tend to be heavily in for the long haul, also use their own money to have skin in the game & that they have been firmly entrenched on the shareholders register from day 1 so they have a big interest in this succeeding.

I agree they dont seem to have a big record in resources but I think their role is more the deal finding/making, access to high net worth individuals/brokers both here & overseas etc (feedback I have had is that Peter is certainly not strong in communicating with his friendly brokers)

The reasons for not having an established broker may be as simple as GD has the ongoing mandate for this due to the history pointed out earlier. Cant confirm though.
