the fact that they agreed to receive part of their fees as options at a substantial premium (right now) certainly bodes well in my books. if they are already invested in GBM, even better.
my concern would be if GBM management have less leverage and this cap raising is being driven by Greenday's and not GBM's interest in mind... we will know this once the total compensation to them is disclosed..
