Thanks Reichman, yes that was an awakening time for me. As was a couple of other matters that came out post that opening my eyes completely to a lot of aspects both past and present. Need to be careful who we place trust in.

May I add only one thing to it now. If the stay is made and awarded to the claimants, construction will be delayed at Lance. Then they will have no hope of meeting the 2014 production deadline.

If not, then full steam ahead with a a few hills along the way....sort of.

PEN has a mountainous task ahead of them. To complete both construction and dry/wet commissioning to achieve first production in Q4 2014 is a big ask. They would need to commence full scale construction before the end of April, preferably earlier. That gives them 8 months... not impossible but will require no delays of any kind.
