So question answered......Perennial sold down ~16m shares over the 2 days and there were a further 6m shares sold on the 15th.
Less than ideal, but it does appear they were selling into the market since ~Jul23 so maybe they will be now more comfortable with this level of ownership (alternatively they may be looking to offload altogether and as the 2nd largest shareholder, that is not great from a sentiment perspective given mgmt have signaled EBITDA positive this financial year)
