    Just noticed a single trade of 500,000 shares at $3.90 on Chi-X at 11.25

    Charlie Jobson from Delta LP has bought 6.5m shares in past few days. Is he still buying more?

    What is the purpose of buying these shares? The EGM is only a month away.

    Will they be voting in favour or against the resolutions at the EGM?
