There is mention in today's AFR of UBS analysts' expectations that THG will put hotel assets around the country up for sale on the back of steep declines in the use of hotels by businesspeople and for business conventions alike across the key markets of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, but THG downplayed the prospects of large scale sales occurring.
