    My only doubt here , is the 17/03 announcement referred to a large scale recapitalisation.

    Has the recent announcement used the term refinancing loosely, or have they gone away from a recap?

    Or is the upcoming announcement purely to do with the Nickel JV?

    Clearly a large scale recap, would be different from refinancing, why the change in terminology inside two weeks?
