This just means that David Reed sold 4,075,000 shares at an average of $1.29 for $5,238,348 between the substantial shareholder notice lodged 11/5/21 and the one lodged 15/9/23. Including the 850,000 shares sold at $0.44 on the 12/9/23. He wont have to lodge a further notice until he sells a similar amount of shares again so there is no visibility as to whether he has been a seller since the 15/9/23
