Guys don't panic the correction that we are seeing at the moment is a case of a weakening price of gold but in my opinion it's more to do with the fact the stock has risen sharply over the last 12 months and the recent CR at 0.80. Investors that purchased early some are probably realising a profit and you can't blame them for that considering the press at the moment surrounding resource stocks. The cap rasing probably had the most impact because it re rated the stock at lower levels than where they were trading but it is a neccisity to enable the company to move forward with expansion or possibly an aquisition.
So in summary the company fundamentals haven't changed, they are cashed up, they have management and we can expect news that could kick start things again.
