Wow, this site is firing up a bit this morning. I'll just try and keep to the facts here !! Yes this is somewhat frustrating, sometimes just like the StKilda football team LOLOL. So lets put this into perspective. SLR share price has retreated from its high by about 18%, TRY by about 11% and RRL by about 15% and yes NST by about 29% if you use $1.13 as the high. As I mentioned in my previous post I treated the move from 97c to $1.14 as a false move as this was purely based on rumour which turned out to be false. I therefore treat NST true high somewhere around $1.035. As such the retreat from the high is more like 22%. Still a bit more then our peers however one could argue NST's run up in 2011 was also probably more significant then our peers. In terms of fundamentals, we are now nearing the end of the March Qtr. With an Aust gold price of around $1,600 my guess is the Mar Qtrly earnings will be somewhere around 18750 oz multiplied by $650 gross margin per oz = $12,187,500. A rate of $45mill+ per annum. I consider fully absorbed cash cost to be around $950oz including the absorbion of royalites etc. So what has changed fundamentally ? Nothing !!!! Also one thing to consider, cash reserves are now $80million. I guess this should increase to somewhere around $90million by end of MarQtr. This is about 22.2cents per share just in cash. P/E ratio now based on 80cents pershare is around 7.5 based on just todays production rate (not future stage 1 and stage 2 rates). Keep your nerve true believers !!!
