I am well aware of that. I have been with this stock for 2 years. All I am saying is that history of trading, especially this year suggests that insiders are buying/selling and driving the price before announcements are actually made public. The Buy/Sell spread is looking ordinary to say the least. I certainly hope I am wrong becuase i believe in this company, but my thoughts are that management have lead ordinary investors astray already a couple of times this year, and it looks like it may be happening again. It is only my opinion. You don't have to like it.
