I have trouble to understand how would akida work for the detection of food quality, as this is typically enclosed in a package. Would it work by vision or analysis of volatile compounds? If the fridge has a computer and screen, might as a well just scan the product and insert the expiry date. No need of akida really.
It is also surprising that with all the myriad of applications of akida, the fridge appears to be shortlisted among the others. I wish there were more news related to the car industry with the propspect of near term implementation.
