There was some director buying on the 27th but it is the relative spike that catches my attention followed by SP direction, I find it more difficult to assess news with respect to SP direction so I lag the entry. If it is flat like RFE the last few months then I look for other technical signals such a increased volume. The signal lag may be one to two months with this set up and stops are essential. This set up I follow on weekly timeframe. The MFI would have dipped due to the daily close being down on the volume spike.
