I also have held this stock since the early days. It was one of my first stocks I bought. I bought at 87c, a couple weeks later (April 2008 I think it was) they hit $2.10...so there was a chance to make money if you sold. Of course we all know what happened to global markets through those years so yes the iron ore project turned to crap.
There has been a lot of dubious times with projects, raisings, selling of projects etc. But with the new board they did seem like they turned the corner, so I doubled my original holding at 0.008c a few months ago. I sold just before tax time after a nice little run with the view to keep an eye on them and have recently bough back in and up 50% already.
It has a past like all stocks do but I'm prepared to see where this goes. Certainly is looking positive at the moment but up to each individual to do their homework and make their own decisions. As a long term holder...i'm forgetting the past and moving fwd to see what they can deliver.
