i dont agree ..consider what the true value of the license is now that through DD they have shown semi softy coking coal in some degree with an exclusive option @ USD7+M
Experts that i know suggest that with that knowledge now learnt :
1. the vendor would not have ever sold
2. the license is worth at least an order of magnitude+ more as is ie ~ USD 80M
thus any CR will not be dilutionary ...
a very experienced investor in Mongolia suggests that a sp of ` 15c on confirmation of purchase and sale is closer to the mark...
we will all know soon enough
