I'm glad you will be on the phone to CEO to find out why there hasn't been an announcement.

With all due respect to the company, they really haven't been punctual with their self imposed deadlines. I'm still hung up on the 'coming weeks' as opposed to the realised 'coming months'

Unfortunately a delay in the timetable is not "material" to the company unless something specific has caused the delay. I suspect its just people dragging their heels in various places around the world that has caused the delays.

Having said that- I'm keen to hear your report from your conversation to the company.
