    I'm more concerned with what is in the ground!

    There's only 4 or 5 holders with enough shares to sell a stake. I would guess that one of the largest holders (I'll guess Horizon) has sold a stake to a new investor on the back of the gold deal. I'm guessing (although it should be easy to confirm) that the 8.607m is just under 5% i.e. does not need to be declared.
