    Just starting to look for LIC for value. had a quick glimpse at the 2016 year report. Tangible asset value per share was near 0.9. And this is trading at 0.5 now. The holding is generally blue chips and the global market did not obviously go down by as much as 50%.

    Share buybacks is currently in place. Is it just a market inefficiency ??
