a few days ago Abelco (ICI's largest shareholder) announced that Fatfish Group purchased 187.5 million ICI shares from them in a SEK 52.7 M (AUD 7.77 M) transaction.
this appears to value ICI at 4.1 cps, a 105% premium to the current price.

"ABELCO INVESTMENT GROUP DIVEST ITS SUBSIDIARY FATFISH INTERNET PTE. LTD. FOR SEK 52.7 M AND STRENGTHENS ITS FINANCIAL POSITION

Abelco Investment Group AB (publ) (“Abelco”, “the Company” or “the Seller”) has today signed an agreement to divest its wholly-owned subsidiary Fatfish Internet Pte. Ltd. (“FIPL”) to Fatfish Group Ltd (“FFG” or “the Buyer”) for SEK 52.7 M, which corresponds to the book value. As the Buyer is Abelco’s largest shareholder, owned by Abelco’s CEO and certain board members, and thus constitutes a so-called related party transaction, the transfer is conditional on approval at an extraordinary general meeting. The transaction is a result of the strategic review the Company conducted in the fall of 2024, with the aim of strengthening Abelco’s financial position and thereby creating better conditions for the future. The purchase price will be paid through a) offsetting of debt of SEK 37.0 million, b) a promissory note of SEK 13.7 million and c) a cash payment of SEK 2.0 million, which will be paid upon takeover."
