Crazy I have been a holder of both ICandy and Animoca for many years - since before Animoca was delisted.
I can tell you this for a fact.
1 Yes Animoca did buy into ICandy prior to delisting
2 Animoca at the time of delisting was worth 18c not 1.8c
3 Animoca has obtained the vast majority of its holdings subsequent to delisting, mostly in the last 2 - 3 years when it changed course from being a game developer/promoter/facilitator to a semi V.C role specialising in companies involved in I.P, infrastructure development, licensing etc in the areas including blockchain, AI, DeFi, crypto support technology and the like.
