- the legal issues will be resolved in due course. then after a few runs, this dark history will be forgotten;

- profit increases due to continued cost cutting & closure of loss making partnerships & studios (Froyo, Storms, Flying Sheep, Appxplore) to focus on LSS, which is profitable

- LSS wins new contacts & Metal Genesis sends SP to the moon

- we all regret not buying more cheap shares
