why would someone want to buy heaps of a company's shares when they are due to be delisted next month ted ? 10% yesterday, the day after last divi kept by encumbent holders, and again bidding for 10% NOW.
look at ine's announcements 40, and oh yeah, check out the major shareholders behind ine too 40.
