40 saw the above too nic. expecting ine to get to 19.9% (currently about 12% with todays purchases ?) and then request an egm. i do not see any resistance what so ever from encumbent directors. i note today too that challenger was the big offloader to ine. i doubt that would not have been done without a phone call preceding.
all for an interesting few weeks. off to blighty sunday and will likely be out of touch for 12 days.

oh and as for geoff, whom I've met, he's one of the few directors i have faith in. that's saying something. sir ron, the old buzzard, likes his company report reading over and above much else. know that from yonks back.
