Hard to say exavlty what it means but I always prfer to see directors increase their holdings rather than reduce them.
However, there are many good bargains around the share market now so I can completely understand somebody wanting to raise cash to invest elsewhere (if that is what they have done). I considered doing the i.e. reducing my SSM holding to invest elsewhere but have not as of yet.
