The SP has done the same in the 40s 50s and now 60s where it hits the highs in the range drops back and hits the next highs, which has represented some good buying opportunities IMO. More than likely people taking profits on the way up or traders playing their games.
It may take some more positive news for the SP to break into the 70s and beyond.
