Non-holder thinking of getting in on the property play via Finbar.
Just wondering, saw a huge volume movement on 1-11-2013 (yest) - how can we check if this was sold into the bids, or if the large volume was bought into the offers? Psychologically just wondering if someone was snapping up the large volume, or basically selling the volume into the masses. If it's the latter, given the recent share price dip I may look into waiting abit. If the first, it might indicate buying interest and I might look to get a parcel now. I hesitated a week or so ago when it was just below $1.50...
The forum is pretty quiet but does anyone have an intrinsic value or price projection, or a chart take on this?
Saw them pop up in today Fin review as well with another project approval win. Thoughts on their future prospects and potential from current and non-holders??
