joeyjp - All we can surmise is that a parcel of the order of 1% of the shares outstanding were transferred from one entity to another. There's a multitude of reasons why this could happen.
To the extent that one is sure the sale is actually due to some impending bad news, one should trim one's holding accordingly. Because I have no reason to believe that the seller is actually privy to company "information" (due to the size and timing of what appears to be a negotiated sale), I'll continue to hold.
