Ok, I did some further research and worked out that the 5th of June was the day that it was reported that BHP and RIO would be joining forces. So that would no doubt explain the incease on that day.
So this now just leaves us with Friday's (and todays) as being unanswered so far.
I notice that someone just sold a large chunk of shares at 19.5c
