If you look at figures in the latest new substantial shareholder announcement (dated yesterday), the parcels at $7 this morning match up with the nominee holdings of Citigroup and JP Morgan who held on behalf of EML etc as part of the POLO divestment.
Itochu have paid for and have now got ownership of part of their EXT holding.
