It's natural for any stock that has had a stellar rise retrace and try find a consolidation level. Basically it is a waiting game - for TA ers it is all about the 58.5 to 60 c support levels on the downside and a close at or above 63.5.
For fa the market is still trying to figure out how to value cobalt resources as they are generally a byproduct of other commodities mined.
