I believe your assessment incorrect. Mr. Buchhorn (NOT HERON) will wield enormous power in ARL.

Many long term Heron holders believe that Mr. Buchhorn fought to get the ARL assets released out of Heron. In my opinion Mr. Buchhorn who discovered nearly all the nickel cobalt within for example KNP probably considered these assets virtually lost as Heron had made it clear they were only interested in its Woodlawn Zinc Project which by the way continues to flounder.

As far as I am aware, Mr. Buchhorn has a very active interest in ARL (not only in his shareholding) and make no mistake, he and Dr Painter are already a formidable pair of geologists.

Heron sat on the KNP for several years post the Heron / TriAusmin merger and were not in the slightest bit interested in deriving one iota of interest in this KNP sleeping giant.
