From a ta perspective the break through the 78 c close is significant. If some consolidation occurs above this mark we should see another surge as indicators cool off. The only issue with arl is the liquidityand hence prices can vary dramatically for not much shares or cost. However the rise has been impressive as it is due to steady volume and good support.
