Just an extrapolation of current data of SP rise. Kind of a worst case really.
Also the knowledge that the thing is way undervalued. If I'm off, it's most likely going ot be to the upside. CLQ (admittedly a slightly different company) went up 7.5x in 12 months, and this has 10 more months to play out before May. If this is $5.64 at that time, I'm still going to be pretty happy with that! xD
CLQ had completed it's DFS etc. I believe however.
A lot can happen between now, and then, so obviously nothing is a sure bet.
